You can now book and manage your appointments online. If you are a New Patient, please book your Initial Chiropractic Consultation and have your credit card ready for pre-payment. Existing patients can book, cancel and rearrange their follow up appointments via the portal too. This is the Chiropractic Treatment option. Please DO NOT use this option if you’re not already a patient with us. If you have special conditions around your normal treatment booking, such as needing a downstairs room or payment on insurance, please email us oaklands@backclinics.co.uk after booking and let us know, so we can update your appointment.

If you have been to the clinic before but it’s over 2 years since your last appointment, then please get in touch by phone as we need to schedule a bit more time for you.

If you are in acute need and struggle to find an appointment to suit, please do contact us on 01623 421401. We may be able to juggle the diaries to fit you in earlier.

We need 24 hour notice for cancellation. We run a very busy clinic and often have a waiting list for appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a full charge
